We start another day of our wonderful adventure!
Today we will focus on the internal balance and consistent path for your development.
In practicing Pilates and Yoga, we constantly strive for mental and physical balance. Deep breathing and static exercise brings peace and tranquility, supporting our sustainable development.
Breakfast: soft eggs and sandwiches with cottage cheese, bell pepper and dill.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
Lean cottage cheese
2 slices of bell pepper
Dill or spinach
Recipe:
Place the eggs in a saucepan and pour cold water over them. Put the saucepan on fire and when the water starts boiling â boil for 3 minutes. Pour hot water and pour cold water over the eggs. Gently spread the bread with butter, add cottage cheese, chopped bell pepper and dill. Your breakfast set is ready.
